David is managing director of Costelloe Estate Agents, a role gained in 1993 after his father John Costelloe retired.
David has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of the property market particularly commercial, residential and agricultural sales, valuations, development appraisals, compulsory purchase orders and consultancy services.
David has been involved in substantial property portfolios for numerous clients. Some key clients include: Bank of Ireland, AIB, Shannon Commercial Properties etc.
David has a BSC Surveying Degree from Trinity College/ Bolton Street and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
